Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus)

Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) is thought to stimulate the immune system. It has antioxidant effects that inhibit free radical production. In the body, free radicals damage cells and are linked to many health problems associated with aging. There is, though, no known way to stop free radicals completely. It contains three main active compounds which are polysaccharides, or complex carbohydrates, flavonoids, & saponins. 

It has antioxidant effects, modulation of the immune system,anti-viral effects, cardiotonic activities, which is stimulation of the heart muscle. 

Astragalus helps aid with, cancer, which helps support the immune system suppressing the growth of harmful microorganisms, liver, kidney, diabetes, stress levels, & cardiovascular health.
