Fenugreek is a clover-like herb native to the Mediterranean regions, Western Asia, Southern Europe. Fenugreek has been used as a seasoning in the Middle East, Egypt, and India & as a supplement, fenugreek seeds were used as a treatment for diabetes & high cholesterol. It’s seeds, which taste & smell like maple syrup.
Fenugreek has been also traditionally used to lower blood sugar levels & menstrual cramps, inflammation, it can aid with stimulating milk production during breastfeeding (but not to consume while pregnant) it also helps to boost testosterone, & estrogen levels which helps with sexually.
Fenugreek can be used to boost hair growth (balding), kidney ailments, a vitamin deficiency disease called beriberi, mouth ulcers, boils, bronchitis, infection of the tissues beneath the surface of the skin (cellulitis), tuberculosis, chronic coughs, cancer, Parkinson's disease, & exercise performance.
Some men use fenugreek for hernia, erectile dysfunction. male infertility, and other male problems.
