Soursop, also known as Guanabana, promoted as "Graviola") for its regenerative benefits. This large, beautiful tropical fruit is native to Central and South America. The fruit of the Annona muricata tree, it's oval-shaped, green, and prickly, and can grow up to 8 inches long and weigh 10 pounds. Our Soursop is carefully cultivated and exported from Grenada 🇬🇩.

Soursop is known for its creamy luscious fruit with a sweet and tangy taste, with hints of coconut, pineapple, & pear with a similar texture to mango.

It’s full of antioxidants, Vitamin C, & contains small amounts of niacin, riboflavin, folate, and iron. It also helps to boost the white blood cell production. It’s has a rich source of annonaceous acetogenin compounds. It’s Acetogenins inhibit nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, which is contained in the membranes of cancer cells.

How To Eat: Once the fruit is soft all over, cut it in half and eat with a spoon. Avoid eating the seeds and the skin.

You can also cut it up into small chunks & freeze and enjoy daily in a smoothie, salad or dish.
